Frank Gruber purchased the business from Sherm Gulbranson and Jerome Theis

Jeff and Julie Farris purchased the business from Frank Gruber

Became incorporated and changed the name to Pierce County Meats

Feb. 17th: Launched www.piercecoutymeats.org

Aug. 16th: Discontinued "On the Farm Butchering" & Partnered with Eggerts Slaughtering in Clear Lake, WI

Aug. 23rd: Purchased custom refrigerated trailer for hauling USDA butchered animals
Sept. 6th: First load of USDA butchered animals hauled from Eggerts to our shop for processing
